Abstract
A 54‐year‐old male was found to have neuroendocrine carcinoma with hepatic metastasis. Two‐dimensional (2D) transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) demonstrated dilated right ventricle and right atrium, and severe tricuspid and pulmonary regurgitation.
