INTRODUCTION AND OBJECTIVE: Chronic Scrotal Content Pain (CSCP) is a common urologic condition with a wide variety of etiologies. Patients who have relief of pain following a spermatic cord block with local anesthetic are often candidates for Microscopic Denervation of the Spermatic Cord (MDSC).
