Impulsivity in schizophrenia is a risk factor for suicide, drug abuse, and other risk-taking behaviors. This exploratory, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) study assessed the effects of brexpiprazole on brain regions that control impulsive behavior.
