Complete aortic replacement in aortitis due to aseptic abscess syndrome

A 36-year-old man was admitted for a tender inflammatory type IV thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm with multiple aortic dilations. After open repair, he remained frail, but results of all infectious and inflammatory investigations were negative.
