Abstract
Combined QM/MM calculations and MD simulations are utilized to investigate the detailed mechanisms of reactions catalyzed by wild-type nickel-dependent quercetin 2,4-dioxygenase (Ni-QueD) and its Glu76Asp and Glu76Gln mutants.
