Abstract
A 51‐year‐old woman presented with a 5‐year history of a bypass tract of a left posterior septal ablation for atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia (AVRT). Following the procedure, while swallowing even without any water or food, she felt a new onset of palpitations, and swallowing‐induced atrial tachycardia was diagnosed.
