We describe Parababinskaia douteaui sp. nov., second representative of its genus in the mid-Cretaceous Burmese amber. This genus was originally known after a compression fossil from the Brazilian Crato Formation. The five other Burmese amber genera of Babinskaiidae are currently endemic to this area.
