Donor organ evaluation in the era of coronavirus disease 2019: A case of nosocomial infection

A 45-year-old man with a history of substance abuse presented with altered mental status secondarily to a fall. Computed tomography (CT) of the head suggested anoxic brain injury with no hemorrhage.
