Stratigraphic distribution of shallow-water benthic foraminifera from the Lower Cretaceous Taft formation, Central Iran (Yazd Block), with evidence for the importance of hiatuses

In this contribution, two stratigraphic sections are described through the Lower Cretaceous shallow-water platform sediments (Taft formation) from the northern Tethys, which are located in the Yazd Block, Central Iran.
