MAST1 variant causes mega‐corpus‐callosum syndrome with cortical malformations but without cerebellar hypoplasia

We report the case of a Caucasian Spanish origin female who showed severe psychomotor developmental delay, hypotonia, strabismus, epilepsy, short stature, and poor verbal language development.
