Abstract
Question: A 72-year-old woman with type 2 diabetes presented with appetite loss. Laboratory testing showed an elevation of her CA19-9 level (174.5 U/mL; reference value, <37 U/mL). Abdominal computed tomography revealed a 60-mm mass lesion in the pancreatic body, with involvement of the celiac artery, common hepatic artery and splenic artery (Figure A, arrow).
