Abstract
Background Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein immunoglobulin-G (IgG)-associated encephalomyelitis (MOG-EM) is a distinct inflammatory demyelinating disease. We present an unusual MOG-EM cases with concomitant T-cell lymphoma. Case report A 38-year-old Caucasian male presented with bilateral optic neuritis and multifocal transverse myelitis. He tested positive for MOG-IgG1 and his neurologic symptoms improved with high dose steroid treatment....
