Abstract
A novel EGCG-loaded DCKGM-CCKGM-Fe3+hydrogel was prepared by Dopamine-carboxymethyl konjac glucomannan (DCKGM) and an l-Cysteine-carboxymethyl konjac glucomannan (CCKGM) with Fe3+ as a cross-linking agent.
