Aim: To investigate if therapists’ personality influences their patients’ treatment outcomes.Methods: N = 4,052 patients were treated by 69 therapists, including 36 Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs) and 33 Cognitive Behavioural Therapists (CBTs).
