Abstract
It is not my imagination—the incidence of bullous pemphigoid (BP) is increasing in my practice. This is a function of an aging population in concert with more drug-induced cases, notably with dipeptidyl peptidase IV inhibitors and anti–PD-1/PD-L1 agents.
