Primary hepatic perivascular epithelioid cell neoplasm (PEComa) with fever in a 53-year-old man

A 53-year-old male patient, presenting merely with fever for a week, was admitted to the hospital. Contrast-enhanced CT showed a round inhomogeneous enhancement lesion on the early arterial phase and washout in the portal phase (figure 1A,B).
