Abstract
Predictors of peripheral blood stem cell (PBSC) yield can potentially improve the comfort, safety, and efficacy of CD34+ cell collection from donors treated with recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF). We investigated 181 apheresis procedures on 109 healthy allogeneic donors to identify factors correlating with efficient PBSC collection.
