Abstract
Blending different polymers for composite formulations can improve the functionalities of the products. The compatibility between hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) and gelatin was studied using Chemical mapping analysis such as synchrotron micro-infrared spectroscopy (μSR-FTIR) and confocal Raman microscopy.
