Abstract
A polysaccharide from tamarind seeds (TSP) was characterized in terms of backbone and side chain structural features, as well as conformational property using methylation and GC–MS analysis, 2D NMR, MALDI-TOF MS, and high performance size exclusion chromatography (HPSEC).
