Abstract
Diffusion-controlled amperometric biosensors for dissolved oxygen (O2) were constructed by immobilization of multi-copper oxidases (copper efflux oxidase and bilirubin oxidase) on porous gold microdisk electrodes fabricated by anodization in a glucose solution.
