To the Editor: Lung cancer in never-smokers may be increasing in the United States.1 To further explore these temporal trends, we estimated lung cancer mortality from 1992 to 2011, by linking the National Longitudinal Mortality Study (NLMS)2 and Tobacco Use Supplements (TUS).
