The bulk and interfacial rheological behavior of concentrated solutions of Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (NaCMC) has been investigated in presence of cationic surfactant Cetylpyridinium bromide (CPB) and nonionic surfactant Sorbitan monopalmitate (Span 40) having same hydrocarbon chain length with different head groups.
