Proteomic study of Enterococcus durans LAB18S growing on prebiotic oligosaccharides

This study evaluates the influence of prebiotic carbohydrates, namely fructooligosaccharides (FOS) and galactooligosaccharides (GOS), on the protein expression of Enterococcus durans LAB18S.
