Metoprolol Versus Carvedilol in Patients With Heart Failure, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Diabetes Mellitus, and Renal Failure

This study compared the survival and the risk of heart failure (HF), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), diabetes mellitus (DM), hypoglycemia, and renal failure (RF) hospitalizations in geriatric patients exposed to carvedilol or metoprolol.
