Five new species and one new genus of the tribe Anacolini (Cerambycidae: Prioninae) are described from South America: Motilon hirsutumidusgen. et sp. nov. (Colombia), Oideterus tibiaprocerussp. nov. (Colombia), O. latithoraxsp. nov. (Colombia), and O. nigrumsp. nov. (Colombia), and Otheostethus impostor (Colombia and Ecuador). The key to the American genera of Anacolini is updated.
