A new anaxyelid sawfly (Insecta, Hymenoptera, Siricoidea) in mid-Cretaceous Myanmar amber

A new sawfly, Sclerosyntexis hirsuta gen. et sp. nov., in the subfamily Syntexinae of the Anaxyelidae is described from the mid-Cretaceous Myanmar (Burmese) amber.
