Abstract
A 915-MHz binary frequency-shift keying (BFSK) transmitter is proposed in this letter. The proposed transmitter architecture allows relaxing the frequency-tuning requirement of the conventional Internet of Things transceiver by the frequency-tripling signal-path topology.
