Abstract
Red-emitting phosphors have attracted considerable interest for their applications in warm white light-emitting diodes (LEDs). A series of novel red emitting Eu3+-doped Ba2GdVO6 phosphors were prepared by a solid-state reaction annealed at 1300 °C for 6 h.
