Fog-Computing-Based Short-Circuit Diagnosis Scheme

This paper presents a novel scheme for short-circuit diagnosis with high diagnosis accuracy, robust fault tolerance, and shorter time delays. The scheme is operated on a fog computing-based framework with the current power system infrastructure.
