Reassessment of the clinical impact of preformed donor-specific anti-HLA-Cw antibodies in kidney transplantation

Anti-denatured HLA-Cw antibodies are highly prevalent, whereas anti-native HLA-Cw antibodies seem to lead to random flow cytometry crossmatch results.
