Abstract
A low cost, sensitive and selective electrochemical imprinted biosensor for horseradish peroxidase-conjugated prostate-specific antigen (PSA) was designed and prepared based on the combination of Toluidine blue (TB) and self-assembly surface molecular imprinting technique.
