ODIn — A setup for Off-line Deposit Irradiations of thin layers for nuclear physics applications

Abstract
A table top setup was developed for the irradiation of thin layers with low-energy electrons and ions of gaseous species. This serves to gain a better understanding of the chemical microprocesses involved during irradiations.
