Abstract
Eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) is an eosinophil-rich, TH2 antigen–mediated disease of increasing pediatric and adult worldwide prevalence. Diagnosis requires greater than or equal to 15 eosinophils per high-power field on light microscopy.
