Abstract
We report a rare case of bony diastematomyelia associated with intraspinal teratoma. The patient was surgically treated with bony diastematomyelia and intradural teratoma resection, followed by lumbar duroplasty, and posterior fusion from L2-L4 in order to maintain the spinal stability of the approached segments.
