Hepatosplenic Tuberculosis on Pretherapy and Posttherapy FDG PET/CT
Abstract
A 65-year-old woman underwent FDG PET/CT for presumed hepatosplenic malignancy suggested by an abdominal CT. The images revealed multiple foci of intense FDG activity in both the liver and the spleen.
