Abstract
Patients with immunoglobulin G4-related thoracic aortitis often have nonspecific symptoms, but pain in the chest or back is common. The rate of misdiagnosis of immunoglobulin G4-related thoracic aortitis is high, which may lead to mistreatment in extreme cases.
