Abstract
Fanconi‐Bickel syndrome (FBS) is a rare autosomal recessive disorder characterised by impaired glucose liver homeostasis and proximal renal tubular dysfunction. It is caused by pathogenic variants in SLC2A2 coding for the glucose transporter GLUT2.
