Abstract
We investigate the phenomenon of vortex-acoustic lock-in in a bluff body stabilized Rijke type combustor, which experiences self-excited thermoacoustic oscillations. The focus is to identify and understand the various regions (in airflow rate) occurring during the transition to lock-in.
