Objectives Infections remain a major cause of morbidity and mortality in systemic necrotizing vasculitides (SNV). We aimed to identify factors predicting severe infections (SI) in SNV. Methods Data from five randomized controlled trials (RCTs) enrolling 733 patients were pooled.
