Abstract
In vivo local antitumor activity of fibrin gels (FBGs) loaded with the poly-cyclodextrin oCD-NH2/Dox, compared to free Dox, was evaluated in two mouse orthotopic neuroblastoma (NB) models, after positioning of the releasing devices in the visceral space.
