Packaging with cashew gum/gelatin/essential oil for bread: Release potential of the citral

Cashew gum (CG) and gelatin (G) films were produced by incorporating ferulic acid (FA), as a cross-linking agent and Cymbopogon citratus essential oil (EO) for application bread packaging.
