Abstract
The standard of care for glioblastoma is neurosurgical resection followed by radiation therapy (RT) and temozolomide (TMZ) chemotherapy. Although RT is effective for glioblastoma, attempts to improve survival using RT dose escalation above 60 Gy have been largely unsuccessful.
