Abstract
We report results of a thiotepa-based conditioning in haploidentical stem cell transplantation (haplo-SCT) with posttransplant cyclophosphamide (PT-CY) and antithymocyte globulin (ATG), for unmanipulated peripheral blood stem cell (PBSC) transplants, in 80 patients with hematological malignancies.
