Abstract
A 5-year-old boy was admitted with dyspnea, fever, night sweats, and unexplained bruising. Radiography revealed several pulmonary consolidations, and laboratory investigations showed marked hyperleukocytosis with 90% blasts. He was diagnosed with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
