Abstract
We synthesize a large area of ZnO nanorod array by using the RF magnetron sputtering and low-temperature hydrothermal method. The sample morphology, crystal structure and optical properties are characterized and analyzed by means of the SEM, XRD and fluorescence spectrophotometer.
