Histone deacetylase 6 inhibitor ACY1215 offers a protective effect through the autophagy pathway in acute liver failure

The purpose of the present study was to elucidate the protective effect of histone deacetylase 6 inhibitor ACY1215 on autophagy pathway in acute liver failure (ALF). Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and d-galactosamine (D-Gal) were used to induce ALF model in C57BL/6 mice. D-Gal and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) were applied in L02 cell.
