Abstract
A 55-year-old man was involved in a motor vehicle accident, where he sustained a mild traumatic brain injury (TBI). At admission the Glasgow Coma Scale was 15/15 with no neurological deficit. Admission cerebral computed tomography (CT) showed subdural and subarachnoid hemorrhages (Figures 1A and 1B).
