Redescription of the Type Species of Lithocharodes Sharp (Coleoptera: Staphylinidae: Staphylininae: Xantholinini), with Remarks on the Genus

The genus Lithocharodes was described by David Sharp in 1876 for a single species, Lithocharodes fuscipennis Sharp, from the Amazon, Brazil.
