Abstract
In this article, a scalable hybrid phased-array system is presented through synchronization, analog complex weighting, and digital beamforming of numerous fully integrated Ka-band four-receiver (RX)/four-transmitter (TX) phased-array transceiver integrated circuits (ICs).
