Abstract
Effects of ultrasound pretreatments and dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) cold plasma on the inactivation of Listeria monocytogenes (L. monocytogenes) under various growth temperatures were investigated, and membrane fatty acid profiles of L. monocytogenes were also determined.
